This would be not possible, you could onyl change the size a little, when you change it too much it breaks. You can only paste this custom css on the single page custom css field when you edit it. You would have to add a custom class to the wrap or section and target it this way.

you can change the size with this css, but it will not resize the container so you can change the size ony a little.
