Creating a sub menu in the page

We do not have an item for this, you would have to try to place some buttons or links inside the muffin builder to have a similar effect.

isn`t there any way to implement a so called "navbar" in my theme?

I would like to put it underneath my header as a second menu.

Hello,
Sorry but we do not have an option to put additional menus under the main one.
You can replace the social icons in the action bar with a custom menu or use magazine header style.
