White page when I insert a menu in the action bar

Hello there,
my client would like to include a personal menu in the action bar.
I inserted the new menu from the function.php file and put it in the action bar after the social icons
in the file includes/header-top-area.php.
The problem is that when I save my page became white.

How can I solve this problem?
