BeTheme: Fixed menu height

I am using the FIXED menu .  How can I control the height?  (Not the size of the logo) currently, it is too high and I need to decrease the height.  Thanks.

I need to decrease the height because, as you will see, the mega menu under DESTINATIONS is not working because it is too far down to be activated.  Thanks!

Please first clear up the menu, since there are two span elements and the last menu element.
