Latest Posts are not appearing under blog page

Hi! Latest Posts are not appearing under blog page. Please guide. 

In the Muffin options, I have assigned the "blog" page as default.

In the settings>reading, front page displays a static "Home" Page.

Have you also enabled the posts page in setting>reading as your main blog page?
Please also go to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>blog and check if the related posts count is not set to 0, http://prntscr.com/fjk5xz
