Domain transfer/internal links

Hi Guys,
I would like to transfer my domain from my temporary hoster to a new one. At the same time, I have built a new site on the new Hoster with the betheme. For this purpose, the host provided me with a subdomain. My question: Can I change all internal links for images etc. in the theme without manually adjusting all links?

For example:
Old Link: https: // subdomain / Picture / 1
New link: https: // mydomain / Picture / 1
