Missing Menu Items

Not sure what happened, but I don't have "Appearance, Plugins, Settings, etc.  I was recently granted access to modify this site and I don't see any of the familiar menu items like I do on other BeTheme sites I manage.  Any ideas?  The site is working fine, so hopefully it's just a setting somewhere that's not turned on.

Sorry but this is not theme related, probably somebody messed with the functions.php and have hidden those options. Try to reinstall wordpress.
