Error page after updating/preview

Hello there,

Fantastic theme your team has created.

I am currently having a bit of an issue when updating existing pages and trying to preview them.

Example:

I am in the admin section, trying to change the wording through muffin group builder, click save on the section, then finally click on update and it takes me to an error 404 page. In the case that it allows me to update the page, once I click on preview, it will take me to an error 404 page and will never make the update.

Have you ever come across this issue? Can you help?

I desperately need this resolved soon.

Hi,

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
