The second part ok of my problem is that  i want to remove the title, tag and catégories from the top of the post to put it under the picture.
May be I will need a css code  ?

Ok, got it now. So to center those columns, you need to use PLACEHOLDER items on sides. This is the item that is empty and within placeholder, you can define empty spaces.
