Extendng Icon Box hover-effect

Hello, added 3 icon boxes, managed to change text color when mouse pointer is on the Title, Description, and Fancy link. Would like to change said colors like how it is with the icon - that is, icon color changes once mouse is over the icon box. Please advise. Link: http://yourcapitaldesigns.com/newsitemcil/services/

Adding on to request, the link http://yourcapitaldesigns.com/newsitemcil/services/ has 3 icon boxes, each with different color applied to Title and Description using nth-child().  So what I'm really trying to achieve here is:
"when mouse is over the icon box, the background-color of class .icon_wrapper, the Title,Description, and Fancy link text will change accordingly to the assigned colors (#059ff6, #5bb42a, #ff6309)"

Please advise.

have you tried adding !important to the css ? Sometimes it helps.
