How to choose single portfolio style

Hi,

Where can I choose a certain portfolio style?

I want to make single portfolio's like:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/portfolio-item/single-project-3/
http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/portfolio-item/single-project-1/

Do i have to design them myself with the muffin builder or is it some sort of setting?

you will have to design them yourself using the muffin builder or import a pre-built website.
