Navigation background color edits

I have the "Surveyor" BeTheme installed. I need to change the background of the navigation bar behind the navigation buttons. How do I do this?

The site is not live and is only accessible to the public. I am accessing it by editting my host files.

I'm looking to edit the background color of the solid bar behind the menu in the navigation.

ridiculous. This should be a CMS or widget setting change. I can't go live with the default theme colors. This should be a very easy udpate.

Maybe it should but it is not. There is no other way. Without the link to your page we cannot change it.
