Getting a shortcode to work through Wordpress editor

I am using the Column item and try to get the added shortcode to work, but when viewing the page, the shortcode is shown, so itt doesn't work.

It is said that "Shortcodes and HTML tags allowed. Some plugin's shortcodes work only in WordPress editor"
But how to get a plugin's shortcode to worjk in Wordpress editor then? Which editor is that and how to use it?

They work in wordpress editor but paste them in the text editor, not the visual editor.
