Forum link on website

I have the link "http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/" appearing in the top left of every page of my website. This is outside the display area of the website content. ([Links visible only for registered users])

Can someone point me to where to look to remove this?

Ok, the errors have been addressed. The one remaining error has to do with an API key for google, but that should have NOTHING to do with the link appearing in the theme. Where do I remove this reference from please?

Please go to your server via FTP and remove the theme completly. Then install the theme again, remember to install the newest version.

We suggest making a backup before you start.
