Hi,
this is not possible with the theme options. We will need to see the website to give custom css.
Why are you setting a fixed height? Maybe there is a better solution.

I need to make a touch interface for a multimedia totem that has a resolution of 1920 * 1280 px and I do not want to scroll I can not let you see the project because I'm working on localhost, if you need I can give you the license number of the theme. Thanks so much

You can appent the height and width to the body element, like

body {
	width:1920px !important;
	height:1280px !important;
}

But without seeing the website we cannot really be of any help.
