Site not displaying properly after upgrading theme

We have the site www.turicumkurier.ch who has serious issues since latest theme upgrade. The whole site is broken style.css displayed:

Hi,

Please disable any cache plugin and make sure you do not have any cache enabled on the server as well. Then remove the theme and install the newest version again.
