Menu not showing on home page in multiple browsers

Hi,

I have been building my page in Safari and when I view my home page on a chrome browser there isn't a menu. All the settings are correct. I have cross checked all menu settings but cannot figure out why it won't show. I even purged my cache with no noticeable changes. Also, when I log out of my admin my Safari browser doesn't show a menu for my home page so I guess its not just Chrome but something else.
