Changing "Show All" filter from portfolio category filters

Hi there ,
1:
I am trying to modify \ translate \ or remove the "ALL" option from the portfolio filters.
Currently I have only 3 filters defined - YET - no matter what I do it still shows the "Show All" filter.

How do I remove it or modify it?
2:
In addition how do I remove the NEXT PAGE navigation from a portfolio page ?

Hello,

to change the text name "all" please go to theme options>translate, you will find it there.

All the portfolio options can be found in theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>portfolio and some in the general section as well.

You can use this custom css 

ul.categories li:first-child {
	display:none !important;
}
.pager a.next_page {
	display:none !important;
}
