How can i get Menu text to wrap?

I am using Be Theme with the Story demo.

I have menu items that are 5-6 words long, and I need the text to wrap. Right now, the text doesn't break at the menu container's edge -- it spills over into the main container.

I couldn't find any option or quick css fix to make the Menu text wrap. Can anyone help?
