Can't add a fifth row of image/text in Muffin options

Hi we are experiencing a bug with the muffin function. I'm trying to build a company team page. There are currently 4 rows of people. I can't seem to add a fifth row of people. Once I click "update" on Wordpress, it disappears.

They are designed as a "single image" with a "text block" underneath, 4 people per row.
What is the reason for this? Could you please help?
