Seo dont show on Google - BIG PROBLEM

Hello,

I need some Help with my SEO. I am using the Muffinbuilder with "NO SEO PLUGIN". You can see at the screenshot what i did.  http://www.bilder-upload.eu/show.php?file=9baffc-1499351711.png 

Google Dont show it.

Please help me it is very important.

It dont show on google! I have got over 60 Sites nowhere its shown, iam going crazy

I can see it like on seorch.com but Google dont show it!! Every Page!! 

I need fast help!

First of all, if you use other SEO plugins, please go to theme options>SEO and disable our SEO.

Then wait, you will not see the page instantly on google, it has to index it.
