how to add meta tag inside a page?

Hi
How can I add my own meta tags inside final HTML render? When I use SEO plug in it shows that (please create at least one paragraph on your page) when even there is more than one paragraph on the page.
Is it possible that I can change the finale HTML render for SEO?
