Child Theme CSS not working

I put in some CSS to modify gravity forms within the child theme CSS sheet and it did not take effect. Only when I put it on the particular sub sites CSS area in BeTheme did it apply. Is there something I am missing?

if you do not know how to use the child theme, please go to theme options>custom css&js>css
Send me a link to this child-theme css that you modified, we will take a look.

I installed your child theme. However, please note this is on a network multisite. Does this not work in that application?

Here is the CSS I have inserted in child theme stylesheet
/* gravity forms */

body #gform_wrapper_1.gform_wrapper *:not(.gfield_label) {
    font-weight: 300 !important;
}

and here is the page where it should be used http://ky.lpnational.wpengine.com/membership/
