make icon stick to the bottom of a full height row

hello,

I need to make the orange arrow down stick to the bottom of this full height row. However I need the two images to stay in the middle of the page and that everything remain responsive.

#sez3 is the full height row, with column position set to "middle", #columns has the content position set to "middle" and #scroller has the content position set to "bottom"

Sorry but we do not know how to do this in VC, if you would use the muffin builder we would be more helpful.
