Speed of Counter and Progress bar shortcode

Hi there,

I know there is no possibility to change the speed of the counter and progress bar shortcodes in the backend.

But where do i find the files in the theme files, to do so? I can't find them.

to clarify: i mean the speed of the animations of these two shortcodes
