thumbnail problem

Hiya,

I can't get one thumbnail to be in a squared format like the rest.

I tried to change its size, tried force regenerate plugins and nothing seems to make a difference.

Any ideas?

Hi,
This may be cause the original image is too short, use a larger image.

Tried that.

It didn't work unfortunately.

The image dimensions must be larger that the dimensions you set in the thumbnail size. This is why one image is not cropping.

Image dimensions are 800x600.

The third image has the same dimensions, and it crops fine?
