Fail to update BeTheme from 20.0 to 20.3

Hi,
When we tried to update the theme from version 20.0 to version 20.3 the system displays the following message:

Error en la actualización: No se ha podido descomprimir el paquete.
PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record
