How to display blog filters without droplist

Hello, I want to display the blog filters (tags and categories) without droplist, as links

Here is an example blog post:

I want "tags" and "categories" to be visible and not hidden under a droplist.

How do I do that?

Sorry but this is the only possibility right now, the only way is the drop down list.
