Muffin Builder Content gone

Hey, 

last week I tried to migrate my site and it worked quite fine except: 

All the blog posts are empty and the whole content is gone. But not only on the new site but also on the old one what I absolutely don't get !! 

Do you have an idea how to fix this??

Hello Max,

Please try to move the website using this plugin:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

You probably did not move the database.

unfortunately that's not the problem... I tried to reset the original site because the whole content was gone there too and stayed gone after the backup too. I have no idea what to do !

We neither, we suggest contacting your hosting provider. Maybe he can give us more information.

i already contact him, he told me it's a theme issue...

Sorry but we cannot be responsible for our users and how they move the website. Please try to move the website again and ask your hosting provider what exactly is the problem, not just saying it is a theme issue.

It's not about moving the site. Unfortunately the content on the original site is gone... Also after a backup from the provider.

is the content of the muffin builder also saved in the database or in another place?

I am super desperate ... it's for a client project and I am not able to get the content back . Could you maybe take a look on the site if I give you access??
