I changed my SEO Meta Description but still showing like this when sharing to Facebook even i debug and refresh the cache:

I have the similar problem, when sharing a post on facebook, it publish with another image and already wait 2 weeks for it to change but it still does not change.

Already active and still does not display the image. I went to this page (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing) and entered the link of my post and when debugging gives me a warning (The "og: image" property of the provided URL is invalid).

I have the same problem.

I've already install https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-facebook-open-graph-protocol/ 

But still doesn't work.

You do not need the plugin anymore, we have this field built in the theme.
Try this instead:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
