Messy view on theme options

Hi, i have registered and update betheme to the last version 20.4 and upgrade PHP version and PHP capabilities in my server.

When i try to access to "Theme Options" it's show messy. I'm sending some images.

Please send a link to this page.

Make sure you do not have any cache plugins enabled and cache on server is disabled as well.

Try to disable all plugins in fact.
