Error on updating Slider Revolution and any other plugins

When I try to updating Betheme builtin plugins such as Slider Revolution, this error appears :

Downloading update from http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=f340ba88-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx&plugin=revslider…

Unpacking the update…

Installing the latest version…

The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Plugin update failed.

Also On Betheme Updating and other plugins.

Please help me

Finally I found the problem.

I removed www from site and wordpress url in settings. 

I changed it again and the problem is solved.
