Deregister theme not working

I did a mirror copy of a site that has different domain. I did a mirror copy of the site because both are going to have the same layout. I already bought the theme for 2 different domains. Because I mirrored a site, the Purchase Code was attached to the new site. When I try to deregister the theme to add the new purchased code, it says -

"Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contect us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page."

How do I deregister it so I can add the new purchase code on this site?

Hi,
Please deregister first on the old domain, then the new one. Not the other way around.

I cannot deregister it because I am using it on TWO different domains. I bought 2 BeTheme licenses. 

This is happening because I migrated site 1 to site 2. When I deregister on site 2, it gives me the message: ""Referer domain is different than registered domain"

I am not trying to deregister site 1 because I have 2 license codes for 2 domains. I also do not want to redesign everything all over again. How do I deregister ONLY on site 2 so I can add the new license code?

Deregistering the item does not have anything to do with the design. Please deregister all of the domains and register again.

I can't. When I deregister BOTH domains, they both give me the message: 

Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contect us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page.
