Header / Menu is missing on my sites after updating BeTheme

Hi... Please help. Each time I update two of my BeTheme sites, the header and menus goes missing, logo and all. I then have to revert back to the backup of the old BeTheme. 

One of other observation and not related topic... when active, Slider Revolution breaks the BeTheme settings options (pages turns blank). Thank you.
