Sorry I didn't make my question clear.

I was asking about the way to put 3 different URL for each "action button" in different language.

Since the website is multi-language, I would like the "action button" can also direct user to the page that is correspond with the language they've chosen.

Sorry but this is not possible. There are tow places in the header to put the language switcher. You can  place it in the menu or in the top right bar (next to the action button)
