in muffin builder I need to create an element which show a text and icon on image upon hover

I want an element in muffin builder where the hover text showin on image. Before I checked all the elements in muffin group are showing text below the image or on the left or right of the image. But I want to show text and icon on the image upon hover. For reference please visit http://prntscr.com/fzmqn6

OK can I have a flip element in muffinbuilder means on hover on the image it becomes flip and we can see its description.
