Scroll Down Chrome Problem

I have a problem with google chrome, when I'm scrolling down in the page (which you can see same problem in your Be|scetch demo), background image shake/ bounce a bit(up and Down). (I can't send any url right now because of the webpage still under construction. (

I'm try to change Nice Scroll | Speed with many  different number but result doesn't change. 

have you got any idea about this problem?

    Hi,

    we have checked this demo in Chrome already and of course everything works fine. We did not notcied ant bg image bounce so the problem must be only on your side because we checked on few different computers.
