Cannot update theme

Hi,

The betheme update from wordpress does not work for us. We are using wp multisite and betheme 20.3 - updated via ftp so far but we are now on production server so we would like to have the option to update from wp.

When trying to update through wp themes menu we get an error message - update failed - package could not be installed. package contains no files...

Hi,
you have moved the website and did not deregister the key before. Please deregister the theme on both domain and then register again.

I cannot log in the site where it was probably activated and deregister as the domain was moved entirely on a new server. I can edit the database if you can tell me what to edit.

On the live site I cannot deregister either - "Referer domain is different than registered domain. " msg
