Betheme switched to default options, every sidebar deleted, widgets turned off

We didn't do anything on the website and all of a sudden the theme switched to the default setting, the colours the logo as well.
The sidebars deleted and the widgets turned off, maybe because there is no sidebar that i did with muffin group system.
The menu is 1 in to fix it's no problem, (by teh way that menu i couldn't find that we used to have)
But the sidebars and the widgets is a huge loss, tehre were more than 350-400.
We tought that it was because of the automatic wordpress update so we did a backup and disallow the automatic update, but the problem is still there.
Do you have any idea?

Sorry but the theme does not restart itself. We cannot we responsible for any data loss or problems with your hosting. Please ask your hosting provider why this happened. We suggest making backups.
