Cant remove related posts

hi i am having trouble removing related posts 

As instructed i have gone to Theme options > Blog> and then added '0' in the related posts box, However nothing changes. i have tried to clear the cache but that does not help.

Please advise

This is a third party plugin of some sort. It has the class JP related posts. Please disable this plugin.
