Hide menu/page from one page

Hi!

I'm building a blog section to my site.

I would like to hide the menu/header bar from www.vaapero.fi/blog -page and from all upcoming posts. 

How can I do that?

.blog #Header, .single-post #Header {
	display:none !important;
}

What about footer, how can I hide that one too?

not anymore, I figured out to use #Footer with the same CSS code you sent me. Thanks!
