Author page link not working (blank page)

When clicking on an author link, in a grid or a single post, it leads to a blank page. Is there a way to correct this?

It seems like the author(user) was removed after creating those posts. Please make a screenshot of the users area.

The problem resolved itself when moving from a staging environment to a live one. Thanks for the support.
