Bundled Premium Plugin not installing

Am getting the following error while install the Bundled Premium Plugin

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I have register my key with only one theme
Plz solve my issue as soon as possible
