Updating to the current version with Key code

I have been using BTheme for a while and I have about 8 sites running on BT, I will like to update to the latest version of Btheme as I have purchased extra keys for them. But on my current site there is no option to input the key. How do I do this? I don't want to loose the current settings on the sites.

you can find all the information about theme update here: http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/
Please update the theme to version 20 and above to register the theme.
