Header and Footer Disappeared

Hello, 

For some reason the header and footer of our website have disappeared.  I can see that there is a call called "loading" tied into the div ID Top_bar which is set to display none.  Do you know how we can fix this?

Hi,
this happens when you have a cache plugin or server cache installed.
Please disable all cache.

I cleared the server cache and it did not bring the header or the footer back..

We suggest you contact your hosting provider about cache, this error is only caused by it.
