Can not deregister from removed site

Hi,
So i have a purchase code I used to set up my clients website, client pulled out and I deleted his website but I forgot to deregister my purchase code from the website. Now I can't register my own website, what do I do?

I have to say I'm very disappointed by your way of dealing with this matter. I think it's extremely weak to imply that I'm in violation of your copyrights and disable further comment so I can not clarify myself. I've been a web developer professionally for about 2 years and have been using your theme ever since. I use my own purchase code to make demo's for clients, and always let them buy a license for the finished product. Your theme is amazing, and although support is quick to respond within 24h via this forum, it is very rude to their customers. I believe you guys have the best wordpress theme out there, but you should really look into your support staff if you want to keep your customers. With this quality of service, I would NEVER pay 45 USD for another 12 months of support, not this kind of rude support staff anyways. I have brought on about 10 customers for you guys, I don't ask for any credit for anything, just to have some respect for your clients in the way you respond to them. It makes me sad.

    My support has expired. But I don't believe I should pay again because I can't get it to work like it should. I just need it to get deregistered since I removed the website without deregistering the purchase code, so now my code is useless. I just need to deregister it so I can register it again on the new website.

    Please do give me another option to contact you where you can help me. Like I've said, I've been working with you guys for all my clients and let people buy your theme for over a year, I don't think I have to pay another 45 bucks just to contact you so you can deregister my theme. I didn't have to deal with this before the update which introduced purchase codes.

    If you need our help then please extend your support. We cannot be held responsible for our users actions. If you have been working with us for your clients you should have bought many licenses and still have support for them. You do know that you need 1 license per domain?
