Header Overlapping Action Bar

I can't seem to figure out why, but my main navigation bar is overlapping the action bar. Also, the action bar disappears for mobile and tablet views. I'm sure there's a combination of settings that I have to check.. Any idea what I may be doing wrong here?

Hi,
Please go to theme options>responsive>header and change the top bar icons to align, not hide.
The action bar dissapears because the icon dissapears.

I was on your page and the menu does not overlap the action bar, can you send a screenshot?
