Subheader and H1 tags
Hello,
I understand the subheader shows as a page's h1 tag. When I have the subheader showing and then inspect the code using my browser, I see h1 in the coding. However, If I hide the subheader, then my h1 tag is no longer there when I inspect the page in my browser. I would like to know, if I want to hide the subheader on a particular page, how will I have an h1 tag for SEO?
I am also using SEO Yoast plugin - which asks for a page title, too. Does the SEO title I choose in SEO Yoast have any impact on the h1 tag of the page? I want to make sure search engines can understand my headings but I don't want to have to show the subheader on every page.
Also, I would like to find out how I can remove the line or shadow that appears at the bottom of the subheader when I make the subheader completely transparent.
Thank you!

you can set the logo or the subheader heading in theme options, there does not need to be a h1 tag in them.
Theme options>header&subheader>subheader
Theme options>global>logo
thanks
