Background of single elements - full width

Hi, 

on my homepage i use single elements with black background and i would love them to be fullwidth. 

Unfortunatley there is always this white border (in general settings for the whole page):

I tried everything (auto, contain, cover...), but still the border remains. 

there are white and black background elements alternating on this page, so i don`t want to take a general black background. 

Do you know what i mean and do you know what i can do?

Hi,
edit the page and then edit the sections. You need to set the style for them to be: full-width

what do you mean with edit the page? Template? There is no setting "full width".

I did set all sections (green bars) to "Full width" (@ style in advanced settings), but that does not help.

do you mean that?

Try this custom css 

.layout-full-width #Wrapper {
	padding:0 !important;
}

Paste it into theme options>custom css&js>css
