PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT

When trying to update the theme or the plugins I get this error" "The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature"

I have checked the requirements and all our PHP and server limits are met.
We have 4GB used of 10GB disk space.

Any thoughts?

Hi, please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. Then send it privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact
